Your Teacher

Tara Cleven is a C-IAYT Yoga Therapist, E-RYT 500 Yoga Teacher, and Lead Trainer for My Vinyasa Practice's 200, 300, and Yoga Therapy Programs. Tara provides one on one yoga therapy and coaching to students both in person and online.
