    Miguel Castillo (he/him) is a Yoga Nidra and meditation teacher with a background in culinary arts and healthcare. His diverse experience in both the food and medical industries has given him unique insights into the connection between nourishment and overall well-being. Over the years, Miguel has observed a common disconnection between individuals and the food they eat, and how this affects the mind, body, and spirit.


    Through exploring alternative health practices and principles, specifically focusing on food, digestion, and mindfulness, Miguel has found that creating balance and harmony can become more accessible with guidance and education. His intention is to share this understanding and provide practical tools to help others move toward balance, healing, and vitality in their own lives.

    Michelle Young (she/her) is a passionate Yoga Therapist, Yoga Teacher, and advocate for accessible wellness. Michelle's journey into yoga began as a path toward self-discovery and healing, and it has since become a lifelong mission to share the transformative power of yoga with others.

    She specializes in guiding individuals to cultivate self-awareness and resilience through yoga and mindfulness practices. Michelle holds her E-RYT 500, RCYT, and YACEP certifications with Yoga Alliance and is a Certified Yoga Therapist, C-IAYT, serving diverse populations, including children and adults.

    Based in Austin, Texas, Michelle offers public and private yoga classes, Yoga Therapy sessions, workshops, and teacher trainings both in-person and online. She is the founder of My Vinyasa Practice and has developed several comprehensive yoga programs, including Yoga Therapy certification courses, blending modern wellness practices with ancient yogic traditions to support holistic health and healing.
