My Vinyasa Practice’s Power Sculpt Training is designed to provide individuals with a dynamic and accessible way to leverage heat and movement to enhance body awareness and foster self-discovery. This course covers essential topics such as basic yoga philosophy and history, mindfulness applications, anatomy and physiology, kinesiology, the benefits of heat, titrating heat, contraindications and precautions, asana breakdown, form and function (alignment), safe transitions, progressive sequencing, cueing for muscle engagement, support and stability, leveraging weights, integrating HIIT (High-Intensity Interval Training), and coaching clients.

The Power Sculpt method utilizes a hot power sequence that is adaptive and can be modified to suit practitioners of all levels, from beginner to advanced. This practice is designed for those seeking to improve their relationship with their body through movement, increase metabolism, and experience full embodiment.
