This four-week yoga course is specifically designed for caregivers, offering a sanctuary for self-care and emotional resilience. Caregiving, while deeply rewarding, can also be physically and emotionally taxing. This course focuses on providing caregivers with tools to nurture their own well-being through self-compassion, grounding techniques, and gratitude practices. Each session combines insightful lectures with gentle, accessible yoga practices, encouraging caregivers to cultivate inner balance, emotional awareness, and kindness toward themselves.

Over the four weeks, participants will learn practical ways to integrate self-compassion into their daily lives, both on and off the mat. From mindfulness-based breathing exercises to nurturing yoga poses, this course will help caregivers reconnect with their bodies and minds, fostering a sense of presence and calm in the midst of daily caregiving challenges. By the end of the course, caregivers will have a set of tools to manage stress, reduce burnout, and increase their capacity to show up with compassion—both for themselves and the loved ones they care for.
