Therapeutic Yoga for Mindful Parenting: Tools for Patience and Presence is a four-week experiential course designed to nourish the nervous system, deepen emotional resilience, and support your journey as a parent.

Grounded in the wisdom of Yoga and informed by modern neuroscience, this series offers practical tools for cultivating greater patience, presence, and connection amidst the everyday challenges of raising children.

Each 60-minute live session weaves together breath work, gentle movement, somatic awareness, and reflection to help you return to yourself—so you can show up for your family with compassion and clarity.

Whether you’re navigating life with a newborn, toddler tantrums, or teenage transitions, this course invites you to pause, breathe, and reconnect with your inner resources. You’ll walk away with accessible practices you can integrate into daily life, even in the midst of chaos.
