Your Instructor

Lara Ramey is a heartfelt Yoga Therapist and Yoga Teacher who is passionate about helping individuals integrate the practice of Yoga into their everyday experiences. Lara is a 500-hour Registered Yoga Teacher and IAYT-certified Yoga Therapist and has a variety of additional certifications, including those related to Restorative, Yin, and Trauma-Informed Yoga. Lara specializes in Yoga Therapy for mental health and has worked with clients who have a variety of life experiences and challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, recovery, and pain/injury management.

Lara utilizes many of the practices found in Yoga to help clients find balance and attain ease amidst life’s circumstances. Within each session, you can expect different forms of movement/postures, meditation, breath work, mantra/vibration/sound, and skilled-based work, with each session carefully crafted to adapt to the moment at hand. She aims to create and uphold a safe container so her clients feel empowered to experience Yoga as it relates to their individual healing journey, with plenty of room to adapt and grow along the way.
