Rather than asking you to “move on” from loss, this series offers practices that help you move with grief in a way that feels supportive, grounding, and deeply human.

    Each 60-minute session offers trauma-informed, accessible practices rooted in yoga therapy and nervous system science. You’ll explore gentle movement to release held tension and emotion, breathwork to support regulation and emotional processing, meditation and mantra practices for grounding, and educational teachings that help you understand how grief impacts the body, mind, and nervous system. Through the lens of the Kosha model, this series supports healing across the physical, energetic, emotional, mental, and spiritual layers of self.

    This series creates a compassionate space to tend to your heart with care and consistency.
