Your Instructor

Kaytee Hernandez (she/her) is a Latinx Yoga Therapist, Yoga Teacher, and Childrens Yoga Teacher with a passion for holistic health and wellbeing. With an M.S. in Integrative Medicine and Maharishi Ayurveda from Maharishi International University, Kaytee blends ancient wisdom with modern practices to create unique and healing Yoga experiences.

The Ayurvedic teachings Kaytee has learned helped her restore balance to her body and find new appreciation for her cycle. In this course, she hopes to share some of the simple yet profound tools Yoga Therapy and Ayurveda offer.

Kaytee is down to earth, non- judgmental, and approachable. Her ultimate aim is to empower clients to become their own healer through education, support, and passing along the many tools in her toolbox.
