Taught by a certified yoga therapist, students will embark on a guided journey towards better sleep, exploring gentle yoga poses, soothing breathing techniques, and mindfulness practices specifically curated to calm the body and quiet the mind. Students will learn the importance of sleep hygiene and explore gentle yoga poses to release tension in the body.
